React 19 có gì mới: use, Actions, useOptimistic?

• use(resource): đọc Promise (kết hợp Suspense) hoặc Context; khác hook thường ở chỗ gọi được trong if/loop. Promise nên được tạo ngoài render (cache, loader, Server Component).
• Actions: truyền hàm vào <form action>; form tự reset khi thành công. useActionState trả về state, action, pending; useFormStatus đọc pending của form cha.
• useOptimistic: state tạm hiển thị trong lúc action chạy, tự quay về giá trị thật khi xong hoặc lỗi.
• Khác: ref là prop (hết cần forwardRef), title/meta được hoist lên head, ref callback có thể trả về hàm cleanup.
