fs: sync, callback và promises khác nhau thế nào? Dùng path ra sao?

Kiểu	Đặc điểm
fs.readFileSync	Chặn event loop; ổn khi bootstrap/CLI
fs.readFile(cb)	Không chặn, callback style
fs/promises	Không chặn, dùng await

• path.join nối và chuẩn hoá; path.resolve trả về đường dẫn tuyệt đối.
• Tương đối so với process.cwd() thay đổi theo nơi chạy; dùng __dirname (hoặc import.meta.dirname) để ổn định.
