Middleware, rồi Guards, Interceptors (phần trước handler), Pipes, handler, Interceptors (phần sau, theo thứ tự ngược), cuối cùng Exception filters nếu có lỗi. Ở mỗi tầng, thứ tự là global, controller, route.

 -> Middleware (global, rồi module)
 -> Guards (global -> controller -> route)
 -> Interceptors, pre-handler (global -> controller -> route)
 -> Pipes (global -> controller -> route -> param)
 -> Controller handler
 -> Interceptors, post-handler (route -> controller -> global)
 -> Exception filters (route -> controller -> global) khi có throw

Filter chạy theo chiều ngược (từ route ra global) và bắt lỗi từ guard, pipe, handler, interceptor.
Guard có ExecutionContext nên biết handler sắp chạy và đọc được metadata; middleware thì không.
